One short questionnaire and a 60–90 minute kickoff call. You tell me about your practice once, and that's the only meeting we'll ever need.
I Build. You Respond When You Can.
I send you a few design directions, you pick what you love, and you watch your site come together on a private preview link. Feedback by email or WhatsApp, between sessions or over the weekend.
Live Within 4 Weeks. Cared for All Year.
Your site goes live and you can forget it exists, in the best way. Need a bio update, a new service or a photo swap? Text or email me and it's handled in days, not weeks.

How long does it take to get my website live?
Most websites go live within 4 weeks of me receiving your content. One questionnaire, one call, and you review each stage on your own schedule.
What if I need to make changes later?
Just text or email me. New headshot, bio tweak, a service added: I handle it, usually within 2-3 business days. Every plan includes update hours each year (6 on the Subscription), and hosting, security, backups and fixes are always included on top.
Can I write my own content?
I know writing content is hard and time-consuming, so I can write it for you! I'll draft the copy, and you simply approve it. If you prefer to provide your own content, that's even better. I'm happy to work with whatever you have.
What do I actually own?
You own your domain and all your content: your bio, photos, and every word of copy I write for you.
The design and code are part of the managed service. That's how I keep your site fast, secure and up to date without you ever touching a setting, and your design is exclusive to your practice.
After your first year, the Subscription simply continues month to month. If you ever move on, I send you all your content in one ZIP and help point your domain to your new site. I keep clients because they love the results.
I already have a website. Can you help me switch?
Yes. I move your content over, build your new site and connect your domain, so the switch is smooth. Your domain stays in your name, and I take care to keep your existing email settings in place.

How do bookings, email and client privacy work?
I connect your site to the booking or EHR platform you already use, so clients can book through the system you trust. Contact form enquiries travel over an encrypted connection straight to your inbox, your site never stores client records, and there are no ad trackers. Crisis resources (911 and 988) are built in, and your existing email stays exactly where it is.
